The RR1 comes with:

  • Rear Light
  • Seat post mount with spacer
  • 2 x O-rings for seat post mount
  • Seat rail mount with 2 x nuts and screws
  • Hex key for seat rail mount
  • USC-C charging cable

Charging

NOTE: For maximum battery life, charge the light in ambient temperatures between 5 degrees celsius and 40 degrees celsius.

Open the USB-C rubber cover at the back of the light. Insert the USB-C cable into the light and then connect to a USB-C charger.

The light is charging when the button is flashing red. The button will turn blue when charging is complete. Charging time is less than 2.5 hours.

Unplug the light from the charger when charging is complete and close the rubber cover over the USB-C connector to ensure waterproof capabilities

Mounting

Seat Post Mounting: Attach rubber spacer onto the seat post bracket as shown below.

Clip one of the included O-rings on the bracket, stretch it around the seat post and clip it onto the other side of the bracket as shown below.

Insert the light into the top of the mount and press down. The magnet will secure it in place.

To remove the light press the release button on the bottom of the mount and pull the light up and out of the mount.

Seat Rail Mounting: Disassemble the seat rail mount using the included hex key. Insert the nuts into the top of the bracket. Install the bracket as shown below and insert the screws into the bottom half of the mount and tighten with the hex key until the screws are snug.

Insert the light into the top of the mount and press down. The magnet will secure it in place.

To remove the light press the release button on the bottom of the mount and pull the light up and out of the mount.

Operation

Battery state of charge indication: Quick press the button and the indicator will light for 5s when the light is turned off

Battery Charge Indicator Colour
100% to 61% Blue
60% to 21% Yellow
20% to 1% Red Flashing


Power On/Off: Press and hold the button for 0.75s.

To change modes: When the light is on, quick press the button to change modes (low flash - high flash - high conspicuity - low steady - medium steady - high steady - cycle).

Automatic brake light: In any mode, when braking is detected the light will go to maximum 100 lumen output for 3 seconds and then return to the previous mode.

Disable automatic brake light: When in any mode, press and hold the button for 3 seconds to disable the automatic brake light function. To enable, press and hold again for 3 seconds.

Power saving sleep/wake function: In any mode, when no movement is detected for 2 minutes the light will automatically turn off. When any movement is detected, the light will return to the previous operating mode.
