Sales and Brand Ambassador

Location: Vancouver Island (North America Focus) 

Type: Part-Time (3 Days/Week) With flexibility for the right person.

The Mission

At Full On Lighting, we believe the sunset shouldn't dictate when your ride ends. We build high-performance lights engineered for exactly what the rider needs—nothing more, nothing less. Our lights enable riders to go faster, be safer and have more fun.  We are looking for a Sales & Brand Ambassador to help us bring this "zero-compromise" approach to shops and riders across North America.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Direct Dealer Sales: Identify and call bike/moto shops across North America to open new accounts. 

  2. Digital Prospecting: Lead outreach to shops and influencers via Facebook and Instagram.

  3. Technical Community Engagement: Act as an expert voice in Facebook Groups and forums, answering gear questions.

  4. Sales Pipeline Management: Work with the team to ensure every interested shop or rider receives timely responses to all enquiries.

  • Community-Minded: You know how to navigate Facebook Groups and forums to build real business relationships and offer value.

The Comp Plan (Base + Performance)

  • Base Salary: $18.50 - $21.00/hr (3 days per week).

  • New Dealer Bounty: Bonus for every new shop account you successfully open.

  • Sales Commission: On all orders generated.
