• Includes coverage for accidental damage for the first year. For example, if the product is damaged in a crash or fall, we will offer a one-time repair or replacement at a reduced cost. 
• Lifetime Support: After the 3-year warranty expires, we will continue to offer lifetime customer support. If a customer has issues or questions, they can reach out for guidance or troubleshooting assistance, even if they’re out of warranty.
• Free Shipping for Warranty Claims: Free shipping both ways for any warranty claims. 
• Transparent Repair Service: For out-of-warranty products, we will provide a repair service with transparent pricing.
