By utilizing an intentional, high-performance split-weight design, the MB6 delivers maximum output in an lightweight package that sets a new standard for helmet lights. Traditional self contained systems force you to carry a heavy battery on your helmet, creating a top heavy mass that causes the lights to bounce around, neck fatigue and frustrating helmet movement on fast or rough trail sections. The MB6 completely eliminates this flaw. It keeps the weight off your helmet, while storing the high capacity battery safely in your pack or pocket. Our ultra wide beam design fills your entire field of view with light, allowing you to read the trail faster, ride safer, and fully commit to the line.
Drawing on decades of commercial and professional lighting product design experience, we rejected the typical flashlight approach to beam design and engineered a unique optic specifically optimized for trail riding. This optic projects much more usable light across a wider, more uniform footprint than traditional lights. Combined with over 6100 lumens, it creates unmatched vision for riders. The MB6 uniformly floods your immediate foreground, sweeping corner exits, and pushes light down fast straight sections. The beam dramatically increases peripheral coverage giving you total speed and spatial awareness while drastically reducing the eye fatigue common on long night sessions.
Active Light Control (ALC)
The amount of light you need changes constantly depending on your speed and the terrain. Guided by our ALC, the MB6 automatically manages brightness and beam shape so you can focus entirely on riding, not toggling switches. Light output smoothly and imperceptibly scales from a 1500 lumen climbing baseline up to over 6100 lumens when you pick up speed and the riding becomes serious. This simple, hands-free capability maximizes battery runtime on grueling technical or fire road climbs and effortlessly floods the forest with light when you drop into a descent.
Lightweight, Robust and Versatile Design
Weighing under 120g, it stands as the lightest high lumen lighting system ever crafted. The MB6 is built for long term durability, featuring a machined aluminum body wrapped securely in an over molded polycarbonate shell optimized for structural robustness and thermal performance.
To ensure maximum everyday convenience, we designed the system around universal standards. The battery leverages common high-speed USB Type-C connectivity and USB Power Delivery, charging in under 2 hours while pulling double duty as a high capacity power bank for your other gear. Additionally, the head unit utilizes a GoPro style mount interface. This opens up an endless array of rugged, off the shelf accessory mounting options, letting you seamlessly integrate the light onto your existing helmet or cockpit setup.
